Mr & Mrs K said that 10 was not a high enough score for us in his eyes. He said that from the moment that claim came to us we have done and excellent job. He complimented Sam the Betacove Claims Handler, from the beginning Sam was so professional coordinating the Betacove leak detection company and the surveyor visits so promptly. He then complimented Ben the Betacove Surveyor,  Ben went through all the work that would be covered step by step with him from the very beginning. Anne the Senior Claims Handler from Betacove was a massive help with getting the claim through the system and approved so quickly. Mr & Mrs K then went on to say when that actual work was being done, the OP's team did a fantastic job. Lee and the guys were fantastic and Steph and Amy from the ops team kept him fully up to date and ensured Mr & Mrs K were happy with the work. Mr & Mrs K were overall very, very impressed and thanked us all at Betacove so much for the work we did. He is going to leave a review on google.
