He complimented Sam the Betacove Claims Handler, from the beginning Sam was so professional coordinating the Betacove leak detection company and the surveyor visits so promptly. He then complimented Ben the Betacove Surveyor, Ben went through all the work that would be covered step by step with him from the very beginning. The work led by Lee and the team was exceptional.
